Chris "Godxilla" Taylor
Founder of The Milwaukee Motor Channel
Chris “Godxilla” Taylor is the founder of The Milwaukee Motor Channel, a media platform dedicated to celebrating car culture, motorcycle culture, and motorsports throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
A career recording engineer and media producer, Chris holds multiple degrees and certifications in recording and entertainment business. His background in audio production, media storytelling, and content creation helps shape the way The Milwaukee Motor Channel documents the people and machines that drive Milwaukee’s motor community.
Chris strongly believes in the idea that you don’t choose the job — the job chooses you. That philosophy has guided his journey through both the entertainment industry and the automotive world, eventually leading to the creation of The Milwaukee Motor Channel.
The Story Behind The Milwaukee Motor Channel
The idea for The Milwaukee Motor Channel began during a conversation with Jesse Sawyer, owner of Jesse’s Hawg Pen Cycle and Rod Shop. Inspired by the vibrant Milwaukee car and motorcycle scene, Chris — known to many as “Xilla” — decided to create a platform that showcases the builders, events, and communities that make Southeastern Wisconsin motor culture so unique.
Today, the channel highlights car shows, custom builds, motorcycle builders, and motorsports events throughout Milwaukee and the surrounding region.
Media Production and Creative Work
In addition to running The Milwaukee Motor Channel, Chris is also the owner of The Mountaintop Audiovisual Studios LLC, located in Glendale, Wisconsin.
Through the studio, Chris produces and supports a wide range of creative media projects, combining his experience in recording, video production, and digital media to help tell compelling stories.
