Milwaukee Motor Channel After Dark Goes Inside the Lowrider Magazine Milwaukee Super Show
Milwaukee Motor Channel After Dark returns with Episode 6, beginning our three-part coverage of the Lowrider Magazine Milwaukee Super Show.
Milwaukee Motor Channel received special access to the event, allowing us to capture the final stages of setup before the doors opened and then experience the completed show alongside builders, car clubs, vendors and lowrider enthusiasts from across the Midwest.
The episode begins with Big Lo of Lowrider Magazine, who traveled from Los Angeles to Milwaukee for the Super Show. He describes the event as a melting pot where people from different backgrounds come together through their shared passion for customized vehicles and lowrider culture.
That sense of community continues throughout Episode 6. The show floor is filled with custom cars, motorcycles and bicycles, but the machines are only part of the story. Many of the builds represent years of dedication, family traditions, friendships, memorials and a culture being passed from one generation to the next.
From highly detailed Chevrolet Impalas and custom Cadillacs to Harley-Davidson motorcycles and handcrafted lowrider bicycles, Part One offers a broad look at the creativity and craftsmanship represented at the Milwaukee Super Show.
Episode 6 closes with a powerful reminder that these vehicles often carry much more than custom paint and chrome. They carry memories, personal histories and connections to the people who inspired their owners to continue building and riding.
This is only Part One of Milwaukee Motor Channel’s three-part Lowrider Magazine Milwaukee Super Show series.
